Experienced patent prosecutor having a minimum of 4 years of experience in the area of patent prosecution. Attorneys having 4 to 8 years of prosecution experience and Patent Agents having 8 years of prosecution experience are preferred. Candidate must possess excellent writing and analytical skills, have reasonable technical flexibility, and be registered to practice before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO). West Palm Beach office location preferred; however, location is flexible, depending on level of experience. Attorney candidates must possess a JD from an ABA accredited law school and be a member of The Florida Bar or the jurisdiction of resident office location or where the work is being performed or have the ability to promptly obtain admission in the appropriate jurisdiction.
