Dinsmore & Shohl, a prominent national law firm with over 700 attorneys in 29 cities, has an immediate opportunity available for a Trademark/Copyright Litigation Associate in Cincinnati, Cleveland, and Columbus, Ohio; Chicago, Illinois; and Los Angeles, California. This position would be in our IP Litigation and Enforcement Practice Group. Candidates must have a minimum of three years of general litigation experience and/or significant TTAB experience, including experience preparing and arguing motions, taking depositions, handling complex discovery and ESI, and preparing cases for trial. Trademarks and copyrights clearance, prosecution and transactional work is preferred. A technical background is not required.

Successful candidates should have a license to practice in Ohio, Illinois, or California, strong academic credentials and excellent research, writing, analytical, and communication skills, as well as a desire to work in a collegial atmosphere with an emphasis on training, significant client contact, and a wide range of work handling complex trademark litigation matters for regional and national clients of all sizes.
