We are seeking talented professionals with 2 years of experience in patent prosecution, preferably at private law firms, although USPTO experience will also be taken into consideration. Experience in preparing responses to USPTO Office Actions and experience in drafting new applications is required. Experience in responding to foreign Office Actions is also preferred.
