The Plano office of Conley Rose, P.C. is currently seeking an experienced patent prosecution legal assistant. Candidates must have a minimum of two years of recent, hands-on U.S. and foreign patent prosecution experience in a private law firm setting. General intellectual property legal assistant experience is required, including preparation of substantive communications under attorney direction, performing internet research and reporting results, and general secretarial duties. The patent legal assistant will be aligned with specific attorneys, but Conley Rose fosters a team-oriented environment. Must be a team player with a positive, professional attitude, have strong follow-up skills, strong attention to detail, and excellent written and verbal communication skills. Anaqua experience a plus.
